In this 5 week course, you will learn the four primary skills of RE:  listening(empathy), speaking (expression), discussion/negotiation, and conflict resolution.  Each class begins with sharing information on skill guidelines, benefits, philosophy and practical use.  Most of the course work involves practice dialogue.  relationshiop Enhancement is experiential learning; developing skills while interacting with others.  Learning in the moment, in relationship to one another.  The skills of empathy and expression give those in relationship a method for communicating their thoughts, feelings, concerns, and desire... in a deeper way, clarifying and finding solutions to interpersonal needs.  Finding understanding, through ourselves and others.  



Sydney Tia Eusepi is a group facilitator for psycho educational programs. She is a certified Relationship Enhancement Program Leader Educator and a member of the National Institute for Relationship Enhancement. Since 2007, she has been a participant and facilitator of Relationship Enhancement Basic, Advanced and Professional workshops throughout Albuquerque and Socorro. She co-leads RE practice groups and teaches ongoing beginning classes for individuals, couples and groups. As part of her ongoing training and support, Sydney attends monthly supervision groups with France Sarradon, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (NM). Throughout her 25 year career in social services, Sydney conducted group-work, educating adult in areas of communication, social interaction and group dynamics, emotion and body awareness, understanding our response to conflict, leisure skill development and goal progression. She has taught literacy, activities for maintaining memory and skills that support those with mental illness and addiction. Sydney is also a Master Level Reiki Practitioner, orchardist and arborist. In addition to teaching relationship enhancement, Sydney is co-owner and operator of Flygirl Trees. Her hobbies include, kayaking, writing, art, music, construction, and car racing. She is the grateful parent of one daughter, Talula, age 14.
